Job Title: Traffic Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the ground transportation and operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and be able to develop and execute strategic solutions for vendor and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar capacity.

  • A proven track record of managing logistics-related escalations and complaints.

Expertise:

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
