1. Chargeback & Dispute Management:

• We require someone who can promptly handle daily chargeback cases, thereby reducing financial exposure for all parties involved.
• The successful candidate must also investigate disputes thoroughly, ensuring accurate documentation to effectively defend against unwarranted chargebacks.
• A key aspect of this role is identifying trends and root causes of disputes, with the goal of recommending corrective actions to both acquiring merchants and internal teams.

• This position involves analyzing dispute data to pinpoint high-risk merchants, transaction types, or patterns leading to chargebacks.
• We are seeking an individual who can collaborate with merchants to implement fraud prevention tools, transaction verification processes, and best practices aimed at reducing disputes.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for sharing regular insights with stakeholders to enhance dispute win rates and minimize loss ratios.

• This role demands the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes for chargeback handling and dispute resolution.
• The ideal candidate must maintain strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory requirements.
