Cloud Operations Specialist

As a Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cloud-based systems and services. Your primary responsibility will be to implement, manage, and support cloud deployments, systems, and services to guarantee high levels of availability, redundancy, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud architectures to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Implement automation tools and processes to streamline cloud operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure proactive issue resolution and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in server and cloud administration, with a strong focus on cloud migration and management.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification (AZ100 or AZ300) is highly preferred.
  • VMWare Virtualization Certification is an asset.
