We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices and cloud engineering, with hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, and other DevOps tools. They will also manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
In addition, they will develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations. The candidate will also implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
They will use AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments. Furthermore, they will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance.
The Cloud Engineer will collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure efficient integration and deployment processes. They will also monitor, log, and improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
