Senior Pipeline Optimization Specialist

This role involves enhancing and automating Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, overseeing integration activities, and ensuring seamless deployments on cloud environments such as Azure.

The position includes working with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Kubernetes, contributing to performance optimization, security automation, and the maintenance of DevOps documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage skills in Jenkins, GitLab, and automation to optimize CI/CD pipelines and improve validation activities, driving faster and more reliable software deployment.
  • Gain deeper insights into cloud service optimization through work with Azure, focusing on performance metrics such as load times and server responsiveness.
  • Apply Python and Shell scripting to automate tasks, enabling more efficient and error-free workflows in integration and deployment processes.
  • Contribute to the deployment of containerized applications in Kubernetes, enhancing expertise in container orchestration and cloud-native technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You have:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in enhancing CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting, enabling you to automate repetitive tasks, saving time and reducing errors in development processes.
  • Familiarity with deploying applications in cloud environments like Azure and using Kubernetes for container orchestration.

It would be beneficial if you also have:

  • Understanding of networking concepts, which enhances your ability to manage and deploy network-based products.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for DevOps processes, helping to ensure smooth operations and easy onboarding for new team members.
