As a seasoned technical expert, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing business services. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Orchestration solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical support for EnterpriseOne and related systems
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting activities

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Orchestration and EnterpriseOne Tools
  • Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with integration technologies like Business Services (BSSV), Real-Time Events (RTE), and EnterpriseOne Pages (E1 Pages)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with JDE modules like Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and HR
  • Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Understanding of CNC administration
  • Understanding of security workbench
  • Experience with upgrade projects / implementation projects
  • Knowledge of report writing tools like BI Publisher
  • Good knowledge with Orchestrator Studio
  • Understanding of database structure
  • Experience with data conversion tools
  • Knowledge of development tools like Form Design Aid (FDA), Report Design Aid (RDA), and Table Design Aid (TDA)
