Responsibilities include:
- Investigating complaints received through various channels
- Conducting deep dive root cause analysis into case details
- Collaborating with process managers to retrieve relevant documents and information
- Cross-validating facts with internal guidelines
- Discussing findings with team members across departments
- Assisting the investigation manager in audit compliance and regulatory requirements
- Utilizing analytical tools such as SQL, MS Access, and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
