Senior Structural Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead the development and integration of processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients and structural design teams to produce creative designs that meet their needs.
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews.
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs to drive excellence in engineering practices.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams effectively.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software.
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
  • Structural design license.
