Job Title

Sikich is seeking an Assurance Experienced Associate with 1-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting issues are identified and documented, discussed with senior/Assistant Managers.
  • Work on various auditing projects.
  • Review work product and performance.
  • Service multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Develop one-on-one relationships with US-based audit leads.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports are sent to clients.
  • Drive quality project deliverables.
  • Participate in training and development to hone skills.
  • Build internal auditing systems and ensure their correct application.
  • Verify company financial information.
  • Prepare audit reports and statements for review.
  • Address client audit queries in a timely manner.

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience. CA/CPA is a plus.
  • Self-motivation and strong work ethic.
  • Organizational skills to provide reports within scheduled time frames.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Combination of problem-solving and innovation skills.
