Interior Design Lead

We are seeking an Interior Design Lead to spearhead the creation of innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic interior design plans and execute them through project coordination, presentations, and collaboration with contractors to ensure seamless design implementation and high-quality results.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to present designs and ideas that bring our vision and strategy to life.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements into comprehensive project plans.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and solutions.
  • Experience in managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with contractors.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in designing and detailing FF&E specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
