Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to drive performance through strategic campaign optimization and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations to maximize reach and conversion rates.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and analyze data insights (cost-per-click, cost-per-action, ROAS, lifetime value and conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns, proficiency in major advertising platforms and an understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior. Strong project management skills, Google Analytics and Tag Manager knowledge are essential for success in this role.
