CyberSolve invites you to join its powerful IAM team as a SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Support Engineer. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform.

Key responsibilities include providing L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, working on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates, analyzing logs and debug code to resolve complex issues, collaborating with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates, managing connectors for various target systems, implementing and managing SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications, performing environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning, supporting onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures, and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis, knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs, experience with integration to target systems, good understanding of IGA concepts, experience in custom connector development and application onboarding, and ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents.

A good-to-have skill set includes exposure to SailPoint IIQ upgrades and migrations, knowledge of SQL, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs, understanding of compliance and audit requirements in IAM.
