Join our team of experts in the field of DevOps Observability

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our observability efforts, focusing on delivering enterprise-grade solutions that drive business value through reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement observability solutions using OpenTelemetry (metrics, logs, traces)
  • Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python
  • Implement dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes
  • Build & optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD)
  • Drive DevOps maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js a plus)
  • Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX)
  • Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience
