Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Monitoring Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our observability team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda), Dynatrace, and synthetic monitoring tools. They should be able to lead the adoption of APM tooling, embed synthetic monitoring into modern service architectures, and drive the onboarding of cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources.

  • Architect secure and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead Dynatrace APM adoption with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Define onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling to deliver unified insights.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and synthetic monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
