Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our third-party collections process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in international BPO voice processes, particularly those who have experience in collections or customer support.

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls for collections in line with client policies.
  • Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
