Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Administration Professional to join our team at Shubham Pharmachem Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing corporate office administration, office supplies, and pantry management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets to maintain transparency and accountability
- Maintain and update company databases to ensure accurate information
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents to ensure easy accessibility
- Answer queries by employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Update office policies as needed to reflect changes in company procedures
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments to ensure smooth coordination
- Book meeting rooms as required to facilitate effective communication
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails) in a secure and organized manner
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned to support business decisions
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and clients as needed
- Schedule in-house and external events to promote team building and client engagement
