  • Maintain and update company databases to ensure accurate information
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents to ensure easy accessibility
  • Answer queries by employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Update office policies as needed to reflect changes in company procedures
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments to ensure smooth coordination
  • Book meeting rooms as required to facilitate effective communication
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails) in a secure and organized manner
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned to support business decisions
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and clients as needed
  • Schedule in-house and external events to promote team building and client engagement
