About the Role

Candidates in this role play a critical part in supporting clients' procurement and finance teams. They are responsible for providing day-to-day support for procure-to-pay modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

  • Ensure seamless workflow and timely issue resolution across procure-to-pay modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the system, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with support teams for issue resolution and product updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procure-to-pay systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Procure-to-pay certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
