Job Description:

Attract a top-performing Lead Analyst to spearhead our Retail Banking initiatives. This key role involves delivering high-value projects, interpreting market trends, and providing strategic insights to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client projects, leading end-to-end delivery of projects, interpreting market and industry trends, and providing strategic insights to clients. You will also be expected to lead client and internal meetings effectively, addressing client questions and queries using data and content expertise.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets to build strategic insights
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights, and highlight emerging opportunities
  • Leading client and internal meetings effectively; addressing client questions/queries using the data and content expertise
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored, insight-driven solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis, and customized reports or presentations

This individual will have high-level direct client exposure, potentially interacting with C-level executives. We seek an analytical, articulate, and proactive problem solver who will lead the analysis and delivery process.
