About the Role: As a Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading engagements to understand customer data lifecycle requirements and providing expert guidance on data conversion, management, and quality reporting. You will work closely with customers to design and implement advanced planning capabilities and business rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagements to understand their data lifecycle requirements and develop tailored solutions for data migration and integration.
- Provide expert guidance on data conversion, management, and quality reporting using SAP and non-SAP tools.
- Design and implement advanced planning capabilities and business rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables and provide accurate status reports.
- Oversight and leadership of Data Value stream team.
- Cross-functional master data design related to Advanced Planning capabilities and business rules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data migration and integration, preferably with SAP solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading customer engagements and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and technical skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with advanced planning capabilities and business rules.
- Ability to analyze complex data systems and develop creative solutions.
