About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee and drive delivery of complex residential projects comprising at least 6 towers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost parameters.

  • This includes managing execution of high-rise buildings (40+ storeys), collaborating with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • A strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, evaluating strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and environmental compliance norms, and maintaining effective stakeholder communication is essential.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
  • A proven track record of handling large-scale projects (2M sq. ft. and above).
  • Extensive experience in high-rise residential construction (40+ storeys).
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
