Strategic Staff Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will drive business success by overseeing strategic staff operations, ensuring alignment with Retail Business objectives and tackling Staff related challenges.

Key to this role is building a deep understanding of our organization's goals and the needs of our Sales Team.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement governance strategies for human resource metrics, including staffing, retention, engagement, and cost.

2. Foster collaborative relationships with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation, and Employee Relations.

3. Drive employee satisfaction and development through leadership, mentorship, and training initiatives.

4. Directly interact with store staffs, implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.

5. Oversee HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Exit Process.

6. Coach individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.

7. Own/drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the organization.

8. Travel extensively for staff meetings and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years' experience in retail relationship management, preferably with Large format Business;
  • Ability to manage big teams effectively;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
