Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role for 3-6 years.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships based on trust and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to monitor account performance and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities and deliver results.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
