As the business development manager ,

you will lead and oversee all business development initiatives at Ewan Business Solutions. This includes identifying growth opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will be the key representative of the company in client-facing engagements and will be responsible for driving the success of our business development operations. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of business development interns and permanent employees to ensure effective execution of business strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Strategic Business Development Initiatives:

Spearhead key projects and initiatives aimed at growing the company's market presence and client base. Develop and Implement Marketing and Branding Strategies:

Create and execute effective branding, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up. Present Services to Prospective Clients:

Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients both virtually and in-person to showcase Ewan's services. Create Tailored Proposals and Presentations:

Develop customized proposals and presentations to address specific client needs and business challenges. Industry Networking:

Attend and represent the company at industry seminars, events, and conferences to build connections and explore new business opportunities. Digital Marketing Management:

Identify and manage social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to enhance the company's online presence. Email Marketing Campaigns:

Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and drive business growth. Documentation and Reporting:

Ensure thorough documentation of meetings, including preparing minutes (MOM), and maintain organized records for future reference. Client Communication:

Manage inbound inquiries, respond to client emails, and leverage LinkedIn for professional outreach. Team Management:

Oversee and mentor a team of business development interns and permanent employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative, results-driven work environment. What We Offer:
