Job Role: Visa Processing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Visa Processing Specialist to manage end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. The role requires strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage visa applications from initial submission to approval or rejection for European regions.
  • Verify and prepare required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Additional skills such as proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools are also desirable.
