Legal Consultant Role

We are seeking experienced legal professionals to fill a challenging position within our organization.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to clients. This includes drafting and reviewing various legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Providing consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients through business development and retention.
  • Developing strategies to avoid and manage disputes.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and providing expert client counselling.
  • Collecting and analyzing legal data to identify trends and insights.
  • Building relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a graduate degree in law, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
