Financial Accountant

Family Office & Financial Services is a comprehensive asset management company handling all asset classes, including Private Equity, Start-ups, Unlisted and Listed shares, Commodities, Credit funds, and Venture Debt funds.
Key Responsibilities:- Review standalone and consolidated financial statements according to Ind AS / IGAAP requirements and coordinate with statutory auditors.
- Oversee all Tax related matters, including GST, Direct Tax, and Tax Audit.
- Review quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Participate in Investment Committee meetings, monitoring investments, and ensuring IPS compliance.
- Review reports and data, coordinating with the corporate tax team for statutory compliances – tax returns, etc.
- A qualified accounting professional with over 12 years of experience in finance and accounts, skilled at finalizing accounts, financial reporting and MIS, improving financial controls, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, treasury management, fundraising, income tax, GST compliance, auditing, RBI compliance, etc.
- Proven experience working in non-banking financial companies (NBFCs).
