Nucleic Acid Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Officer to lead our oligonucleotide synthesis and analytics programs.

This is a key position for delivering cutting-edge solutions in genomics and beyond.

• Operate and troubleshoot automated solid-phase synthesis equipment to ensure high-quality oligonucleotides.
• Scale synthesis to mmol level with coupling efficiency exceeding 99%.
• Purify and characterize oligos using various techniques including HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS.
• Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive method development and quality control initiatives to improve process efficiency and product quality.

• Ph.D. + 2–5 yrs in oligo synthesis and analysis with expertise in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics.
• Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing.
