Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to join our India-based back-office team supporting USA operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounting operations ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements and supporting all financial management and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, reconciliations and payroll support

- Oversee preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for USA entities

- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

- Coordinate and support external audits (India and USA requirements)

- Develop implement and refine internal controls and accounting policies

- Supervise and mentor junior accounting team members in India

- Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis

- Work closely with USA-based team ensuring clear and timely communication CA/CMA/MBA(Finance)/M.Com preferred

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5-8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel

- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with USA-based team members

- Experience in managing or helping set up accounting teams or processes
