This role oversees the management of branches, focusing on driving institutional business growth and achieving set goals.
- Sourcing new accounts, specifically CASA from target segments like Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs is a key responsibility.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sourcing current accounts or 2 years in TASC business sourcing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Our team member will be responsible for:
- Leading mapped branches to achieve business objectives
- Training branch resources to drive institutional business growth
- Providing end-to-end solutions to customers using CMS capabilities
- Motivating stakeholders and securing mind share for TASC business
- Leveraging expertise in sourcing CASA from focus segment areas
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sourcing current accounts or 2 years in TASC business sourcing
- Strong understanding of CMS solutions and their application in customer-facing scenarios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to motivate and engage stakeholders
