Job Title:

Sr. IT Operations Manager


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our IT operations team. As a Sr. IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of all IT applications and systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including deployment, configuration, upgrades, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Incident Management:
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT applications and systems.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the IT operations team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in IT operations management, ideally in higher education or large enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise applications, including Salesforce CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, Library Management, and related systems.
  • Strong experience in application integration, vendor management, and IT governance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation best practices.
