Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions to the IRDA portal.
  • Maintain awareness of submission processes, including new business submissions, schedules submissions, SP submissions, complaints submissions, financial statements submissions, compliance certificate as applicable.
  • Track and maintain regulatory registers in appropriate format and submit to IRDAI.
  • Coordinate communication to regulators, including branch opened & closed data, directorship change, regulatory charges levied etc.
  • Update IIB Envoy Portal with salespersons and SP details periodically.
  • Procure and renew licenses as per guidelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Issue NOC for exited SP's and detag PAN from IRDA & Envoy along with record keeping.
  • Apply for telemarketing license as per guidelines and submit regulatory data to IRDAI.
  • Renew licenses and track PO & relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain regulatory checklist (IRDAI Data maintenance, Registers, timely submissions, grievances, etc.,) completely with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with finance, product teams & insurers for reconciliation sign off every month.
  • Agreements maintenance: Maintain and track agreements of insurers, SLA's of insurers, Commission structure of insurers.
  • Grievance tracking/Data maintenance: Track grievances from grievance team, insurers and coordinating resolution with insurers, business, product and branch team.
  • Audit Initiation for Branch & Tracking: Provide Audit Checklist & Coordinate with functional audit team and track audit resolution for branches.
  • Compliance check on AML: Provide checklist to compliance team of MFL and coordinate and track AML cases with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Legal/Litigation Tracking: Bookkeeping litigation of insurance cases, open cases, updating regulator as needed.
  • Other activities: Any other activity delegated by management & supervisor from time to time.

Experience: 4-8 years in similar domain.
