- We are seeking an experienced Healthcare AR Caller to join our team.
This role involves calling patients to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
About the Job:
The Healthcare AR Caller is responsible for contacting patients to resolve outstanding medical bills. This role requires strong negotiation and customer service skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting patients by phone to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
- Verifying patient information and updating records as necessary
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate payments
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving patient complaints in a timely manner
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with billing software and systems
