As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and working closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life.

We utilize a modern tech stack including JavaScript (Node.js, React.js), Java, and AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.

A core part of our system is a private, permissioned blockchain that ensures data security, integrity, and traceability.

This opportunity allows you to help shape our engineering practices and team culture while contributing to the development of high-trust, collaborative teams.

  • Mentor and support a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Product and design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews.
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture in line with company values.
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales.

Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java is required.

Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) is also essential.

Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation is necessary.

Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) is highly valued.
