We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, efficient, and high-performance web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Frontend Development: Leverage React.js for frontend development, incorporating state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • API Development: Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL schema, ensuring seamless data exchange and processing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern frontend build tools, including Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Database Management: Participate in database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Version Control: Utilize Git for version control and GitHub/GitLab for collaboration.
  • Agile Methodologies: Foster agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Testing: Integrate testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest, Jest, Cypress) to guarantee code quality and stability.
  • Cloud Deployment: Demonstrate expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD).
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails.
  • React.js Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React.js (v18+), including state management (Redux, Context API), component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • API Design: Proficiency in RESTful API design and development; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Frontend Build Tools: Experience with modern frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and package management.
  • Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control using Git and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
