As a Customer Success Professional, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients by coordinating support activities. This is a technical, customer-centric opportunity within our organization.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for planning and overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services
  • You will utilize your technical competencies, communication, and escalation management skills to provide personalized, proactive, preventative, and reactive enterprise-class support services in local languages
  • You will collaborate with customers, assigned Sales Account Teams, and Support Centers to provide expertise, personalized service, centralized support management, and customized proactive care
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (any other languages are highly welcome)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, Sales and Support Center, and act as a professional representative of our organization
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills to collaborate successfully with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Escalation management experience and ability to professionally handle conflicts and effectively manage customer expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical understanding in Storage and/or Virtualization and/or Network Technology
  • Able to quickly acquire technical knowledge and apply it in a customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of Hyperscalers and Cloud Certification (a plus)
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes
