Our organization is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our team in the production of high-quality products.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily production activities. They will ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Coordinating with various departments, including maintenance, to ensure seamless operation.
- Operation of batch reactors, agitated nutch filters dryers, centrifuges, and vacuum dryers.
They will also be expected to have a good understanding of the operating principles of equipment and basic knowledge of chemical reactions, stoichiometric ratios, yield loss, and impurity generation details.
Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in the rubber industry. They should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
