Cotton Production Supervisor Job Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team engaged in processing cotton and synthetic raw stock fibers into yarn, applying knowledge of fiber and yarn types, machines, and processes.
- Coordinate with other department heads to align activities, determine production schedules, and ensure adequate staffing for shifts.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a production supervisor or manager in a similar industry.
