Seeking a seasoned corporate attorney to join our global commercial team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to leverage their skills and expertise in US law-related work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, fund formation, and representation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our corporate team on high-profile projects, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of complex legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as an Advocate in India with at least 1 year PQE.
  • LLB or equivalent degree from an Indian national law school (or equivalent) and ranked in at least the top 20% in their batch.
  • Previous experience with a leading corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate practice.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
