Job Description

As an Advisory Operation Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless transaction execution for our wealth customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, relationship managers, service managers, BSE, and management, to facilitate the opening of advisory accounts for wealth customers.
  • Assisting investment advisors in executing recommended trades/transactions, while monitoring end-to-end transaction execution for advisory customers.
  • Ensuring timely daily transaction feed upload into the Wealth Spectrum system and maintaining 100% reconciliation of data from sources.

You will also be responsible for maintaining customer-related masters, running end-of-day and beginning-of-day processes, and sending monthly MIS reports to customers. Additionally, you will assist in preparing business-related dashboards and ensure the collection of fees from customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively co-ordinate with various stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate data reconciliation and transaction execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Prior experience in a similar role or a related field would be advantageous.
