As a remote technical support engineer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and partners globally with technical issues related to our product suite.

Key aspects of the role include diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex application issues. You will also respond to situations where end users have failed to isolate or resolve problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.

Responsibilities include documenting and verifying reported problems, utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Additional resources may be engaged when necessary.

Effective communication is essential, as you will log/report issues on our CRM, provide consistent updates to customers, peers, and other teams, and close issues by providing quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root cause wherever applicable.

Technical skills required for this position include networking knowledge, experience with CentOs Linux, Windows OS, and hands-on experience in minimum TWO to THREE of the following technologies: Contact Center Technologies (including Automated Dialers & Telephony), Application Support, Telephony experience / SIP, XML scripting, Object Oriented Programming.
