In this role, you will:

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Manage the HR Inbox for your area of responsibility and delegate/reassign as necessary
  • Be responsible for administrative activities as part of the employee life cycle, including producing relevant documentation and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Draft and issue routine documentation, such as employment verification and reference letters
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for candidates
  • Liaise with the payroll team to ensure timely changes and compliance with payroll deadlines
  • Work independently or collaboratively with HR specialists to resolve queries and develop reports

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years' experience in HR Operations, who is fluent in English and has a relevant degree or post-graduation in HR.

The successful candidate will also have working experience in Workday, activities related to the employee life cycle, and/or recruitment operations. Additionally, they should be proficient in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have experience with PowerBI.
