  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
  • Facilitation Skills: Proficient in facilitating complex meetings and workshops, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience: Experience coaching and guiding Agile teams, ideally with some experience leading Agile coaches/RTEs.
