About the Role

We are seeking a Solar Transformation Expert to join our team and help drive the adoption of clean energy solutions in the commercial and industrial sector.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with high-potential clients and presenting cutting-edge solar power solutions that drive sustainability and cost savings.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and consistently achieve and exceed order booking targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of success in sales, particularly in the B2B private sector or solar industry. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-potential clients and present solar power solutions
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals
  • Conduct market research and competition analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) or MBA
  • 2-6 years of sales experience in the B2B private sector or solar industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and market research
