Job Title: Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a seasoned finance operations leader to spearhead the delivery of financial and accounting services for a prominent retail brokerage client. This is an opportunity for an experienced executive to take charge of end-to-end service delivery across various fronts, including R2R, P2P, and I2C, driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and people development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of financial and accounting services across R2R, I2C, and P2P for a global client.
  • Lead a team of 70–150 finance professionals across multiple locations.
  • E nsure seamless end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs and CXO-level expectations.
  • Cultivate transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Maintain direct relationships with client stakeholders and execute executive-level interactions.
  • Promote continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant preferred; alternatively, a commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years in finance and accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.
  • Leadership:
  • Demonstrated experience managing F&A teams of 70–150 FTEs.
  • Client Management:
  • Proven ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Transformation:
  • Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.
  • Mindset:
  • Proactive, agile, analytical, and solutions-driven.
