We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while taking full ownership of our public-facing websites.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both UX/UI design and Webflow development, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.

As a hybrid role, this position requires a creative thinker who can balance creativity with technical expertise.

  • This role involves owning and managing the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • The successful candidate will translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • User research, interviews, and usability testing will inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • A comprehensive design system in Figma will ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders will translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
  • User-centered design principles and best practices will be advocated throughout the organization.
