Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative UIUX engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User research methodologies, wireframing and prototyping, visual design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility design standards.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • 3-5 years experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • 3+ years creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
