Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Strategist to drive success across our UK & European product portfolios through data-driven PPC campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces
  • Conduct thorough market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Create, manage, and analyze high-performing ad campaigns to deliver exceptional results
  • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal communications and client updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts
  • A proven track record of improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions
  • A strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms
  • Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
