The Role

As a Billing Data Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to monitor and track progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing solutions to improve data quality and reduce manual processing
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring timely client billing and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in financial services or IT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes
  • Experience with data management and automation tools, such as Oracle-based platforms
