Job Overview:

The Global Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of our global benefits programs. This includes ongoing benefits administration for local and/or global countries, compiling data and completing billing processes related to insurance plans, and managing benefits vendors for issues, claims, policy renewals, invoices, etc.

As a key member of the Diversified team, this role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external vendors. Experience working with employee benefits, HRIS benefits systems, etc. is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Benefit vendor management for issues, claims, policy renewals, invoices, etc.
  • Compile data and complete billing processes related to insurance plans.
  • Ongoing benefits administration for local and/or global countries in support of the Global Benefits Team strategy.
  • Coordinate payroll enrollment contribution set-up processes, and invoice reconciliation to ensure tracking, audit, approvals, and AP processing are completed.
  • Assist employees with leave administration, claims, pension, global travel, EAP, medical card, etc.
