As a detail-oriented and organized dental claims professional, you will be responsible for the timely submission of insurance claims, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable.

This role requires a strong understanding of insurance claim processes and experience with dental billing software.

  • Submit electronic and manual insurance claims with accuracy and timeliness
  • Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage to ensure proper coding and documentation
  • Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor accounts receivable reports and maintain current aging reports
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment status
  • Collaborate with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balances
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental billing guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in claims and AR
  • Experience with dental management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full English proficiency
  • Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with G-suite
